Government Contracting
For Established Trades.

You already know how to perform your service. Government contracting needs its own department, separate from your day-to-day commercial operation. Ocupacion builds it.

Where Most Trade Businesses Stand

No Government
Contracting Infrastructure.

  • No system for finding the right government opportunities
  • Searching SAM.gov randomly with no targeting strategy
  • No capture plan before an RFP is released
  • Starting every proposal from a blank document
  • No bid/no-bid process, pursuing everything or nothing
  • No government pricing process or competitive pricing research
  • No subcontractor sourcing or teaming system
  • No SOPs, government contracting runs from the owner's memory
The Fix

Ocupacion Builds
The Department.

Strategy, pipeline, capture, proposals, pricing, SOPs, and contract management, built around the business you already run. Nationwide.

You already
know the work.
